The Young Wealth Sharers Academy is focused on transforming the language and actions of young men and women. We help students align with their highest potential, set positive goals, and break the cycles that hold them back. Our Barbados Cohort is a specialized, hands-on program designed specifically to set the youth of Barbados on the right path to becoming true Wealth Sharers.

We teach our youth that endless possibilities are readily available, right here, right now, through powerful mindset shifts.

The Young Wealth Sharers is a mindset mentoring and financial literacy program explicitly designed for students between middle and college.

Mentees will learn how to completely transform their mindset to dictate positive outcomes in their lives. The program relies heavily on workshops covering financial literacy, strategic goal-setting planning, and deep mindset shifts.

To express your interest, you must submit an application online to be considered for an interview. Space in the Barbados cohort is extremely limited to ensure every mentee gets the attention they deserve.

Applications operate on a rolling basis depending on your school’s current program cycle. Please submit your application as soon as possible, and speak to your school’s guidance counselor about bringing the Young Wealth Sharers program directly to your campus.
