Terry Black

Terry Black is the Founder of the Young Wealth Sharers Academy and a passionate advocate for mindset transformation, financial literacy, travel, and leadership development. With a professional background in strategic operations and business leadership, Terry has led high-impact initiatives, saved multi-millions of dollars for corporations, and built programs focused on measurable results and long-term growth.

Inspired by GOD , she has committed to mentorship and community service, Terry established the Young Wealth Sharers Academy to help young people develop a strong wealth mindset, build confidence, and create opportunities for their future. Through workshops, mentorship programs, and community partnerships, Terry is dedicated to guiding the next generation to lead with purpose, discipline, and vision.

Founder & Chair

Antoinette Golding

Experienced Director of Curriculum with over 20 years in education within NYC public schools, serving students in grades K–12. Specializes in literacy and math instruction, curriculum development, and student-centered learning. Committed to academic excellence and a whole-child approach, integrating social-emotional learning with rigorous instructional practices. Proven leader in designing innovative programs, supporting staff development, and implementing effective instructional models that drive student success.

Brings a strong background in school counseling and mental health, supporting a comprehensive approach to student achievement through individualized interventions, crisis response, and targeted support for diverse learners. Skilled in fostering collaborative school environments, strengthening family partnerships, and ensuring compliance with IEP, 504, and LRE guidelines. Recognized for strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with a focus on building cohesive teams and achieving measurable outcomes.

Director of Curriculum

Tiffany Wheeler is a dedicated professional with a strong background in nonprofit service and community engagement. Born and raised in California, she earned her degree from California State University, Hayward in 2005. Following graduation, Tiffany built a meaningful career working with several nonprofit organizations, where she developed a passion for supporting underserved communities and creating impactful programs.

In 2015, Tiffany relocated to Georgia, where she continues to grow both personally and professionally. She currently resides there with her teenage daughter and her parents, maintaining a close-knit family life while remaining committed to making a difference in her community.
